1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "d222" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at d222.cam, including all services, games, and features accessible through the website.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on d222, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes following registration.

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on d222. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — identified by matching CNIC, email address, phone number, device identifier, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. d222 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including deposited funds where fraud or deliberate circumvention is established.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

d222 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, following any change to account details, or at any point when d222 has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), a selfie holding the CNIC, and proof of the payment method used.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal and contact information held on your d222 Account is accurate and up to date at all times. d222 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including delayed or unsuccessful communications regarding your Account or pending withdrawals.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d222 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.

d222 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from d222 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

In the event of unauthorised access to your Account or suspected compromise of your credentials, you must notify d222 without delay. d222 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending verification. d222 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

d222 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposit minimums and maximums are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without notice. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in USDT where the crypto payment method is selected.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. d222 will not accept funds from third-party payment sources. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. d222 targets processing of withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party processing timescales. d222 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

d222 may impose a minimum active wagering requirement prior to approving a first withdrawal. Where a Player has deposited funds without engaging in real-money gaming activity, d222 reserves the right to request identity verification and impose an administrative processing review prior to releasing funds.

6.3 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions conducted through d222 in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside. d222 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Players and provides no tax advice.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Bonus Abuse

d222 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting an error in a promotion's published terms. d222's determination of bonus abuse is final.

7.3 Promotional Changes

d222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at d222's sole discretion and eligibility conditions may be altered between promotional periods. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and begun satisfying its conditions will, where practically possible, be permitted to complete those conditions under the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on d222 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These rules supplement these Terms & Conditions and are binding on the Player.

d222 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all software-based casino games. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. 9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The Account is automatically reactivated at the end of the cool-off period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d222 and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
2. Creating or using more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
3. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with d222 games or systems.
4. Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purposes of exploiting game mechanics or achieving an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
5. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using d222 for the purpose of money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.

7. Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gaming transactions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on d222.cam — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the d222 brand — is the intellectual property of d222 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use d222.cam solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from d222.cam; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any d222 software; or create derivative works from any d222 content or materials.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of d222, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

d222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to d222 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d222 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, suitability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content. d222 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, maintenance, or events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party payment processors.

13 Privacy

d222's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by d222's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the d222 Privacy Policy.

d222 collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, comply with its licensing obligations, process transactions, and verify Player identity. d222 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d222's operating entity is incorporated, as set out in d222's licensing documentation. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between you and d222, you agree to first contact d222's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. d222 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through informal channels, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated in d222's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

15 Amendments to These Terms

d222 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, d222 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of d222 following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using d222 and may close your Account by contacting our support team prior to the effective date of the changes.
